If you are having your vehicle towed to C&M, please call us prior to having the vehicle towed. This helps us to promptly begin work on your vehicle upon arrival.
AFTER HOURS, please leave a message on our answering machine or email that vehicle will be towed in & provide the following information: Name, Contact #, License Plate for vehicle having towed & concern.
NO GUARANTEES ON SAME DAY COMPLETION.
Please note that same-day completion is not guaranteed and may vary depending on the repair and parts availability.
LOT FEES are applied for vehicles left 2 days after completion

When filling out the noise form, please provide as much information as you can to assist in the diagnosis of the noise. The diagnosis cost for Noises will increase as the time taken to diagnose them increases. PLEASE REMOVE ALL PERSONAL OBJECTS FROM VEHICLE PRIOR TO BRINGING IN.
